She has a sixth sense for reading people, interpreting lives, career choices and selecting candidates on behalf of the companies she works with.

 

Heidi has worked on over 480 recruiting projects, averaging a whopping 1,800 interviews a year (for the last two decades).  With her primary focus on construction, she has worked in manufacturing, industrial sales and healthcare industries.

Heidi is a second generation HR Specialist, and after spending 11 years with Lower Mainland management consulting powerhouse Metrik Management, she spread her wings from her Father's firm and in 2013 launched The HR Shop.

Heidi resides in Vancouver, BC with her husband of 18 years and her three beautiful children.
